Dr. Kurt Preston, Lieutenant Colonel, USA (Ret.)

Kurt served 35 years in the U.S. Army between active duty, reserve component, and DoD-civilian leadership.  He has held key research leadership positions in academia and government – serving as the University of Nebraska’s Associate Vice Chancellor for Research, DoD’s representative to the Federal Steering Committee for the U.S. Global Climate Change Research Program, and membership on the Chief of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Environmental Advisory Board.
